1Acceptance of Terms

4Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered khi777 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban from the platform.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account. You must promptly notify khi777 of any changes to your registered details, including changes to your Pakistani mobile number, email address, or payment method details. khi777 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your khi777 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. khi777 will treat all actions taken using your account credentials as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify khi777 support immediately. khi777 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS, which is available from the account security settings.

KYC Verification

khi777 is required under its international gaming licence to conduct identity verification (KYC) for all registered players. Verification is required before first withdrawal and may be required at any time at khi777's discretion. Required documents typically include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within 90 days), and proof of payment method. 5Deposits & Payments

khi777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and approved debit/credit cards. All deposits are processed in PKR.

Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of deposit;

Currency

All account balances, bets, deposits, and withdrawals on khi777 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). khi777 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs arising from international payment methods are the Player's sole responsibility.

6Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the khi777 account;
• Any active bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account;

7Bonuses & Promotions

khi777 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, and reload promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your account balance display;
• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms;
• khi777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time;
• Each bonus offer is available once per Player, per household, and per device unless otherwise stated;

8Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the khi777 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. These rules are displayed within each game interface and betting market and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

General Betting Rules

• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been confirmed, except where khi777 expressly permits in-play bet editing for specific markets;
• khi777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced at the time the bet was placed, where this was not known to khi777 at the time of acceptance;
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed within each market;
• khi777 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets;
• In the event of a technical error or manifest pricing error, khi777 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to Players' accounts.

Casino Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professionally operated studios. Game results are final once confirmed by the game system. Disconnection during a live game session does not automatically void a bet — the game result stands as recorded by the game server.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the khi777 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. khi777 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to forfeit any balance held in such an account:

• Registering more than one account, including through the use of different names, addresses, email addresses, or payment methods;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Accessing khi777 while under the age of 21;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or access account features;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using khi777 for any illegal financial purpose;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or copy any part of the khi777 platform software or game systems;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location;
• Depositing or wagering funds obtained through illegal activity.

khi777 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in connection with investigations into prohibited conduct. Any winnings or balances associated with accounts found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may be permanently forfeited.

10Responsible Gaming

khi777 takes its obligations under its international gaming licence seriously with respect to responsible gaming. khi777 provides the following responsible gaming tools, which are accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set by the Player at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum duration for each gaming session after which the session is automatically terminated;

11Intellectual Property

12Limitation of Liability

• Loss of winnings due to platform downtime or technical malfunction;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Unauthorised access to your account by a third party;
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions;
• Any action taken by khi777 in good faith reliance on information provided by you.

khi777's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

khi777 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access to certain features.

13Account Suspension & Closure

khi777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable time;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority;
• Player request (account closure or self-exclusion);
• Extended account inactivity (accounts dormant for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as notified to the Player).

In cases of account closure not related to Player misconduct, khi777 will return any verified real-money balance to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding security checks. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

16Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which khi777's international gaming licence is issued. Any dispute arising between you and khi777 in connection with these Terms, the khi777 platform, or any transaction conducted thereon shall first be referred to khi777's customer support team for resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally through khi777's complaints procedure within 30 days of being submitted, the dispute may be referred to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body designated under khi777's international gaming licence.
